Choice of 2 meats:
Roast Beef, Beef Tips, Ribs, Turkey, Chicken, Ham, Roast Pork (BBQ & Seasoned), Meatballs (BBQ & Mushroom Gravy

Choice of one from each group:
Starch: Mashed Potatoes, Parsley Buttered Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Baked Potatoes, A gratin Potatoes, Wild Rice Mixture, White Rice or Noodles.

Vegetables: Corn, Green Beans, Peas & Carrots, Peas or Carrots. Cakes: Choice of 1 for under 60 people and choice of 2 for over 60 people.

All menus include: Dressing, Gravy, Relishes, Coleslaw, Bread, Butter & Margarine, Coffee and Milk.

The Pork is served three ways tastefully seasoned in a barbecue sauce or with a honey mustard sauce.

The Roasting Process

The whole hog is roasted at a low temperature for a long period of time to create a golden brown juicy, tender, tasteful feast. The Pork is served three ways tastefully seasoned in a barbecue sauce or with a honey mustard sauce.

The whole hog is prepared at our facility and brought out whole to your function. At your function the hog is decorated with lettuce, carrots and an apple in its mouth. The hog is then sliced in front of your guests. Picture taking and viewing of the cutting is encouraged.
